    台灣原住民慢食廚師聯盟

    Taiwan indigenous Slow Food Cook's Alliance

    建立「以台灣原住民族傳統之食材、烹飪及飲食為核心,彰顯文化與故事價值之廚師聯盟。」以組織為主體,連結投身於台灣原住民族飲食文化的單位,如:廚師、餐廳、學校、個人等。
    依據原住民族環境智慧及食農教育,推廣台灣原住民族傳統飲食及料理技法,響應慢食精神及理念向全世界分享,讓世人對台灣原住民族飲食有更深的認識與體驗

     

    The goal of this organization:    

    To establish a "Chef Alliance"that highlights the cultural and storytelling value with the traditional ingredients, cooking, and eating of Taiwanese indigenous people at its core.The organization serves as the main body, connecting units that are dedicated to Taiwanese indigenous food culture, such as chefs, restaurants, schools, individuals, etc. Based on indigenous ecological wisdom and food and agriculture education, it promotes traditional Taiwanese indigenous food and culinary skills, responds to the slow food spirit and concept to share with the world, and allows the worl
