    花蓮台灣維護原生物種多樣性組織

    Slow food Hualien Taiwan For the preservation of indigenous biodiversity  

    組織希望建立「阿美族傳統植物(食材)保種及交換平台」,以協會為主體,連結原住民部落大學相關保種復育與食農教育課程之專班、在地小農組織、各級學校、鄉鎮部落健康營造中心,相關社團及部落族人等為交流對象,進而擴及台灣各縣市部落族群。同時,推廣阿美族的飲食文化及運用,完美呈現食材的原味,並透過慢食生活的營造,讓人類能有更優質的飲食生活。

     

    The goal of this organization:

    The organization hopes to establish a platform for the preservation and exchange of traditional Amis tribe plants (ingredients), with the association as the main body, connecting the special classes of indigenous tribal universities related to seed preservation, restoration, and food and agriculture education, local small farmer organizations, schools at all levels, township tribal health creation centers, related associations and tribal people, etc., for exchange, and then expand to tribes in various counties and cities in Taiwan. At the same time, it promotes the food culture and use of the Amis tribe, perfectly presents the original flavor of the ingredients, and through the creation of a slow food life, allows humans to have a higher quality of food life.
