建立「以文化體驗的旅遊方式，促進消費者與台灣原住民族文化上之交流，並符合慢食精神且具完整旅遊體驗之旅遊聯盟。」以組織為主體，連結願投身於宣揚原住民族在地文化的單位，如：部落、組織、學校、個人等。強調原住民族文化與自然環境的和諧共處，響應融合原住民族在地文化及慢食理念的體驗流程，讓世人對台灣原住民族文化有更深的體會與認識。
